As a computer user, do you approve of an ordering principle, in the form of legislation, being formulated and enforced to govern computer use? Why? Why not? Defend your answer.

No, because after much research from the internet, namely from this website.
I'd say that approval of an ordering principle is an act of selfishness. Why? Because People as Programmers/Software Developers are just wasting their time in coding, They would make a name for themselves if their Programs are Good and Useful, first they release these programs with a free license so others can try out these said programs for free. If this principle is enforced then sharing of freeware is prohibited, how then would we as Software users know what these programs are capable of? Do we guess them? no, we try them out. So the approval of an Ordering Principle is a Big NO NO for me.

  2. OK! But we are not the same in approving the legislation...For me it is better to have legislation to protect us and to discipline us to use the computer carefully and the proper use of it...And I respect for what your opinion in legislation...!!!!Keep it up...
